Documented experience of the ALLIANCE ecosystem in the energy sector
We present verifiable cases, with public sources and no unconfirmed figures. We always distinguish between historical ALLIANCE ecosystem experience and Energy Alliance's direct experience.
Ongoing supplier development and institutional engagement processes
Energy Alliance currently operates supplier development, institutional engagement and company support processes within Mexico's energy sector, applying the method described in this section of the site.
Supplier development with ENGIE Mexico
Oil & Gas Alliance, a platform of the ALLIANCE ecosystem, took part alongside ENGIE Mexico and the state governments of Campeche, Tabasco and Yucatán in a historical initiative to strengthen local suppliers and develop the capabilities required by the energy supply chain.
The model included components such as:
- Outreach and company identification.
- Capability diagnosis.
- Technical and business training and guidance.
- Preparation against technical, operational, safety and quality requirements.
- Coordination with state governments.
- Integration into the project's value chain.
- Follow-up of the commitments generated.
